About
As a member of the NAD International Scientist (NADIS) consortium, I contribute to establishing an advanced mass spectrometry framework that supports the research efforts of NADIS partners. My work focuses on the development, optimization, and validation of high-throughput metabolomics methods using state-of-the-art mass spectrometry. Alongside these analytical developments, I apply bioinformatics and systems-level approaches to manage and interpret large metabolomic datasets from diverse human cohorts. By characterizing interindividual variation in NAD⁺ and related metabolites, and assessing how these respond to lifestyle, nutritional, and age-related factors, my work aims to advance our understanding of NAD⁺ biology and its relevance to healthy aging.
